Dealing With Large Kayako Classic Log Files With the Message "Loading Unoptimized Cache"

Overview

You may have noticed that Kayako Classic is loading large unoptimized cache or log files daily that are of gigabytes in size. This was a bug in lower versions and the issue was fixed on Kayako Classic version 4.93.11.

If you are experiencing this issue and you are using a version that is older than Kayako Classic 4.93.11, you need to upgrade to the latest version.
