Kayako Classic 4.93.03 Release Notes

Overview

The Kayako Classic 4.93.03 release brings fixes to 10 issues that have been previously reported. Read through the following section to learn what these fixed issues are, as well as be informed of what to do if you are using an older version of Kayako Classic.

Fix Summary
Admin KAYAKOC-10337 The number of users displayed on top of the Organization tab was incorrect and different from the actual number of users seen in other parts of the application. This has been fixed.
Articles KAYAKOC-9177 If a news article ended with a table with italicized headers, it would not render it correctly. This issue has been fixed.
Reports KAYAKOC-8695 The issue where identifiers would be displayed in exported reports instead of text values has been fixed.
Templates KAYAKOC-8664 A bug that prevented differences between versions of templates from being color-coded has been fixed.
Tickets KAYAKOC-9833 A bug related to displaying Unicode characters in the subject field of a ticket has been fixed. With this release, when Unicode characters such as '&' are entered in the subject field, they would be displayed correctly.
Tickets KAYAKOC-8083 A bug related to displaying Unicode characters in the First and Last Name field of a ticket has been fixed. With this release, when Unicode characters such as '&' are entered in the subject field, they would be displayed correctly.
Tickets KAYAKOC-8334 Follow-up time was not displayed correctly if the time selected was 12:00 am by a user in the UTC - 5 timezone. This has now been fixed.
Tickets KAYAKOC-7993 A user would sometimes get an error while trying to open a link to the ticket from an email. This issue has been fixed. The user will now be prompted to sign in and after signing in, will be able to view the ticket.
Translation KAYAKOC-9373 The word 'Owner' was misspelled in German. Therefore, if an admin selected "German" as the language, the displayed text would be incorrect. The mistake has been fixed now, so the German text will now display correctly.
User KAYAKOC-3783 Registration of a new user in Kayako Engage sometimes throws an error. The issue has been fixed.
