Overview

This article explains how to remove the 'Live chat by Kayako' text from beneath the live chat icon.

Process

1. Navigate to the 'header' template under Admin CP > Templates > Templates > General.
2. Removing the following codes from the 'header' template to take off the text 'Live chat by Kayako’ from chat icon at client support center :

Confirmation

The 'Live chat by Kayako' text is removed successfully from a location under the chat icon.
