This article provides useful information on making payments for the Kayako subscription.

Information

Payments are made online using the credit card. They are scheduled automatically. You can add in your card details under the 'Billing Info' tab by logging in to your Kayako account with your registered email ID. Once you have saved your card details, the payment will be deducted from it automatically on the scheduled date. An invoice will be sent to the email ID as specified in the 'Billing Info' section.
