Why is the seat count value not updating on the my.kayako.com portal after buying additional seats?

Your seat count value is not updating on the my.kayako.com portal after buying additional seats and despite obtaining the following order confirmation:

Solution

All payments for renewals or subscription changes are processed at 7 AM UTC each day therefore customers are advised to wait for at least 24 hours for the changes to take effect after buying additional seats. 

However, this may not always happen automatically usually when the order is internally marked as Expired and is Disabled, which points to an internal issue with the order and any new changes to the subscription (such as seat count increase/decrease, renewals, etc) will not be automatically synced to the customer's my.kayako.com portal order and the customer will subsequently not be able to download the new license key.

In this case, the additional steps in Unable To Download License Key Due To Inactive Order in My.Kayako should be executed.
