If you have a monthly Kayako Classic license subscription, you may wonder how to update your 'key.php' file every time your license is renewed.
Information
The 'key.php' file is the file that contains your license information. A monthly subscription means a monthly renewal. Therefore, once your license has been renewed on a given month, you need to upload the new license key on the server at least within the grace period to avoid service interruption (typically, "license has expired" error). The license key has seven (7) days grace period. So for example, if your subscription renewal is set on 2021-02-20, the license key is still valid until 2021-02-27.
