Information
The latest version of Kayako Classic supports the latest version of the following browsers:
- Google Chrome for Windows and Mac
- Mozilla Firefox for Windows and Mac
- Microsoft Edge for Windows and Mac
- Safari for Mac
You may download any of these browsers and use them to access your Kayako Classic user interface.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) is no longer a supported browser. Microsoft has announced that the development of new features for Internet Explorer has ceased. If you continue using IE to access Kayako Classic, you may encounter browser-related issues that we can no longer assist you with. Hence, we strongly recommend using any of the aforesaid browsers instead of IE.
