Overview
You are planning to deploy Kayako Classic onto Azure and would like to know which ports need to be open for Kayako Classic to work. You want to ensure that the number of open ports is limited to just the ones required for Kayako Classic for security purposes.
Information
If you are deploying Kayako Classic onto Azure, the only port that needs to be open for Kayako Classic is 3306. This port is used by Kayako Classic to communicate with the MySQL Database Server.
