Overview
A user is experiencing a problem where ticket messages contain unexpected content (HTML tags/code are shown) when using the Kayako Classic app for iOS. The messages look similar to the screenshot below.
Solution
This issue was present in an earlier version of the app and was fixed as part of the 3.5.3 release. To resolve this issue, visit Kayako Classic in the App Store and download the latest version.
