The Product team is happy to announce the release of Kayako Classic iOS 3.5.2.
The Kayako Classic iOS 3.5.2 release has brought the fixes to two issues that were previously reported. In addition to these fixes, we know that you have been waiting for a version that is fully compatible and certified to support iOS 13.
It's worth noting that older versions of Kayako Classic mobile app for iOS were not certified to work on iOS 13. This is why users would often encounter issues while using the app such as failure to open the application or frequent crashing. Well, the long wait is over! We are glad to inform you that this version now fully supports iOS 13.

It was reported that the Dark mode option of the app makes the Kayako Classic iOS app almost unusable. It is hard to read the UI due to the color scheme used for the Dark mode. This issue has been fixed on this release. |

An error message should appear informing the users that the connection has been blocked because it violates the security while entering a URL for the HTTP environment to which you want to connect. This issue has been fixed on this release. |
If your Kayako app is configured for an auto-update, it will update automatically. Otherwise, head over to the Apple Store to download the latest release of Kayako Classic for iOS.
