Appending Multiple Inline Images Take a Huge Amount of Time To Upload the Images

Overview

You may experience an issue when you drag and drop one or more images of at least 150 KB in size or more into the editor, the window will hang and freeze, and takes a long time to upload the images. This issue is a known bug in lower versions and the issue was fixed on Kayako Classic version 4.93.08. This article explains how to fix this issue.

Solution

If you are experiencing this issue and you are using a version that is older than Kayako Classic 4.93.08, you need to upgrade to the latest version.
