If you are currently using Kayako 4.70.1, a patch update is possible by updating only the files below:

• __swift/includes/functions.php
• __swift/library/Cookie/class.SWIFT_Cookie.php

NOTE: After upgrading, ensure you rebuild the helpdesk cache (Admin Control Panel > Diagnostics > Rebuild Cache).
