Kayako supports the white-labeling of products, and you can purchase the Footer Removal license, which gives you the right to remove Kayako's branding entirely from your:

• Support Center
• Staff Control Panel
• Admin Control Panel

This license does not expire. It allows you to remove the 'Copyright' and 'Powered by' notices, and completely rebrand your support site.
