Overview

From version 4.75 and above we have added placeholder support for staff replies in our HTML editor. This can also be used within macros to make your predefined responses much more personalized.

Information

Within the reply/forward area, you can use the below placeholders. When the reply is sent, the placeholder will be replaced with the information it represents.

Note: Placeholders can also be used within the quick insert options, such as macros.

 Customers Fullname : {{fullname}}
 Customers Forename : {{forename}}
 Customers Surname : {{surname}}
 Customers Title : {{title}}
 Customers Salutation : {{salutation}}
 Customers Organization : {{organization}}
