This article guides you on how to fetch and publish news from other sites to your own support site.

Process

1. Go to Admin CP > News > Settings > Synchronization Settings.
2. Insert the RSS link location under Global News RSS URL setting.

Confirmation

The RSS feed from the mentioned link is synchronized when News Synchronization cron runs at your helpdesk.

By default, News Synchronization cron runs after every 30 minutes. This can be administered through Admin CP > Scheduled Tasks > Manage.
