Preventing Users from Changing the Properties of Their Tickets

Overview

This article provides instructions on how to prevent users from changing the ticket properties from the Client Support Center.

Process

Users can be restricted from changing the ticket properties from the Client Support Center.

To restrict user permissions:

  • Navigate to Admin CP > Users > Manage User Groups > select a user group > Permissions > Can Change Ticket Properties = No.
