Ticket Submission Form Does Nothing When a User Tries to Submit a Ticket

Overview

When a user tries to fill out the ticket submission form from the Support Center and press submit, the page does nothing and the ticket does not get submitted. This article provides information on how to solve this issue.

Information

This condition normally occurs due out dated templates. If you recently upgraded or reinstall your helpdesk, you will need to re-implement any template modifications you have made.
