Overview

This article describes how to prevent the staff from reassigning tickets.

Process

The reassigning of tickets can be controlled from Staff Permissions as below:

1. Navigate to Admin CP > Staff > Manage Teams > Permissions:Staff.
2. Under Tickets, set Tickets option to View only.
3. Click Update to save the changes.
