Overview

This article provides relevant information for users to access the BCC field on tickets. 

Information

You can access the BCC field under the Edit tab on the tickets. Additionally, you can find the BCC option when replying to a ticket by clicking on the Options tab. The BCC field will appear below the Reply Text area.
